Our team assessed current culture and environment of a service
organization and facilitated strategic planning sessions with
executive leadership. Using this information, BCS developed
a restructuring plan for the organization that involved senior
management changes, customer service directives, and new profitability
goals.
BCS consulted with an executive team to determine new philosophy
in leading employees and the needed culture to support that philosophy. We
designed programs that aligned the organization with the desired
culture and managed employee resistance. The implementation
resulted in a successful cultural shift that increased employee
satisfaction by 12% and improved profitability.
BCS collaborated with an executive leadership team to develop high
performance teams in a help desk environment. We utilized
assessment tools, coaching and mentoring, and strategic planning
to move individual teams to higher performance as well as the
center as a whole. Initiatives and metrics are in progress;
however, the organization has already seen a significant increase
in Customer Service satisfaction. Also, ‘the feeling of
high collaboration and teamwork’ was the number one positive
comment on a recent employee satisfaction survey.
