At the helm of BCS is Lori Bleitner. Lori brings you more than 15 years
of experience in Training and Organizational Development. Lori’s strength
is her diversity of knowledge and talent, as well as her passion for supporting
the human side of organizations. In reviewing our client list, you can
see that Lori has worked with organizations, large and small, within many industries
including manufacturing, service, financial, technology and biomedical. Prior
to starting her own business, Lori most recently worked for Harrah’s Entertainment
as Regional Training Manager, where she was responsible for the development of
leadership positions throughout the Midwest.
Lori holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology
from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville. She has also earned several
certifications in her field including AchieveGlobal Master Trainer, DDI
Certified Trainer, Distributor of Inscape Publishing’s DiSC profile
system, Blanchard’s Situational Leadership, and MRG’s Leadership 360 Assessment
tools. To stay abreast of new methodologies, Lori is a member of the St.
Louis chapters of the American Society for Training & Development and Gateway
Industrial/Organizational Psychologists.
Along side Lori is Christine Merrill. Originally from Sioux
City, Iowa, Christine moved to St. Louis to pursue her Master’s degree
in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois
University - Edwardsville. (Yes, that’s the same school Lori
attended.) As Christine completes her coursework, she serves
part-time with BCS assisting on instructional design and facilitation.
